Day 01:
Airport
-Srinagar
: Arrival on
Srinagar Airport you will be met our representative and drive towards
houseboat for 06 nights stay. After Lunch Shikara Ride on the famous
Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city, which is
often compared to Venice. You will get a lovely view of some
interesting places around the lake. Overnight stay at the
Houseboat/Hotel.
Day 02:
Srinagar-Mughal Gardens-Srinagar :
After breakfast visit to
Nishat Garden
known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century
(1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden
known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by
Mughal King Jehangir.
After noon half day visit to Hazratbal
Shrine, Shankar Acharya Temple, Hari
Parbat Fort built by Akbar, Jamia
Masjid (Biggest Mosque in Kashmir),
Shahi Hamdan Mosque (600 yrs old mosque) a Parvati Temple.
Overnight
stay at the Houseboat/Hotel.
Day 03:
Srinagar-Gulmarg-Srinagar : After breakfast full day Excursion
to Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts), known as ‘Meadow of
flowers. Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th
century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild
flowers. It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today
is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty – It also turns
into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car
offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top
of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan
Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Overnight stay at
the Houseboat./Hotel.
Day 04:
Srinagar – Manasbal Lake :
Kashmir Water Trek
begins today from Srinagar. Water Safari starts from Dal Lake to
Manasbal Lake. You can take a Shikara ride to Anchar Lake. Later visit
the ancient villages of the area. We camp in the garden of Manasbal
Lake and spend the night there.
Day 05: Manasbal Lake – Wular Lake : As part of your Kashmir
travel, drive through Hagen and Bandipur. After arriving at Watlab,
the next destination is the Muslim shrine of Baba Shukar Din. We camp
at the bank of Wular Lake. Overnight in tents.
Day 06: Wular Lake – Nagin Lake - Srinagar :
Depart after
breakfast to Dal Lake via River Jhelum which is one of the biggest
river in the valley and on the way one can see wild birds at Anchar
Lake which is known as "Birds watcher's Paradise". At the end of the
tour cross Amarkhan Nallah and reach Nageen Lake and arrive Dal Lake
in the evening.
Day 07: Departure - Delhi :
In time transfer to
airport to connect the flight for Delhi. Meeting and assistance at
Srinagar Airport.
