Kashmir Golfing Holidays

Kashmir offers outstanding opportunities for the golf player’s golf all through the summer - from April to November - in inspiring surroundings, through trees of chinar and pine.
In the flourishing golf courses at Srinagar and Gulmarg, one is able to play for longer hours than one can in the plains because of the lower temperatures - Srinagar's highest temperature never goes beyond 30 deg. Cent.. Srinagar has an 18 hole golf course with common fairways, and a par of 70. The golf course at Gulmarg is something unique, you have ever seen or imagined before.

Golf tourism is one of the main attractions of the Kashmir valley in summers. The peak season for golf in Kashmir is from April to October. Day 1:  Delhi - Srinagar : On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative and transfer you to Houseboat/Hotel. Afternoon free for personal activities. Overnight at Houseboat/Hotel.

Day 2: Srinagar – Golf : After breakfast transfer to Royal spring golf course. At lunch time transfer to hotel/houseboat for hot lunch. After lunch. again transfer to golf club.  Overnight at Houseboat/Hotel.

Day 3: Srinagar – Golf : After breakfast transfer to Royal spring golf course. At lunch time transfer to hotel/houseboat for hot lunch. After lunch. again transfer to golf club.  Overnight at Houseboat/Hotel.

Day 4: Srinagar – Gulmarg : After breakfast Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summers resort in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Overnight in Hotel

Day 5: In Gulmarg : In Gulmarg. Golfing for the whole day. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Gulmarg – Srinagar : Transfer to Srinagar. After Lunch After breakfast half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar gardens (The garden of love.) Return to houseboat for hot lunch.  In the afternoon Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting places around the Lake.  Overnight at Houseboat/Hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar - Airport : Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight
